Description
The Application Development Developer/Support role is focused on delivering value for key business initiatives and is responsible for aligning efforts across various product/delivery teams.A hybrid role in functionality: They will train on the user support but the primary focus is app dev/support.Primary focus will be application development and support and SaaS application support. Not customized development, but more configuration and customizing systems/applications/workflows/vendor software.Ex: taking a CRM app and configuring it out through scripting and back-end workflow coding, possibly some front-end coding. Secondary focus is operational support - troubleshooting, wifi connectivity issues, provide hardware, end user support, desktop support, misc tasksAny kind of workflow applications experience is a strong preference - they use Workato and Zapier and Microsoft PowerAutomate.Ability to wear multiple hats, multi-task, not afraid to get hands dirty. Growth path: this is a new role and the company is continuously growing. It is foreseeable that this role will turn into a leadership position.Keys:- Must be outcome-focused - prioritizes people, then process, then technology, and then data.
