AP Coordinator

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role of an AP Coordinator is vital to our team. Your role will involve tasks such as maintaining precise vendor records, resolving contract, order, and invoice discrepancies, and ensuring credit is efficiently received for outstanding memos. Responsibilities: Oversee the payment of vendors, including verifying federal id numbers and scheduling checks Handle any discrepancies in purchase orders, contracts, invoices, or payments Manage vendor files for 1099 purposes and process 1099 forms annually Establish and maintain strong partnerships, providing excellent support to the team and internal customers Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner Calculate use taxes as needed on paid invoices Mentor and guide accounts payable team members, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in conducting Check Runs Ability to effectively code invoices Proficiency in Data Entry Experience in Invoice Processing Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Knowledge and experience with SAP Ability to code invoices accurately Experience in managing Approved Invoices Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
