Looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent phone skills. This position will speak with customers directly to resolve problems or complaints in a courteous manner, review account balances, update records and assist in other areas as needed. Must demonstrate effective use of computers and software applications, experience with Word and Excel preferred. This is a Full-time position, Monday-Friday, hours 8:00 am -4:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays. Rate of pay determined on experience.
