NOA Advisor

Job DescriptionInsight Global is hiring a Notice of Assignment (NOA) Advisor to support our client onsite in Omaha, NE. This person will join the Field Support team that is responsible for providing front-end support for payroll and human capital management-related functions. The main focus of the NOA Advisor is to assist, advise, guide and support with all matters relating to the creation of NOA's for transfers, relocations, and per diems. This individual can expect to utilize SAP regularly to make updates to personnel records and organizational structure, and ServiceNow for ticketing and conducting internal trainings. The NOA Advisor regularly communicates with business personnel and HR Business Partners on development and update of NOA templates and partners with Move Services Relocation Advisors to assist with personnel relocations as needed. It is expected that all aspects of the NOA Advisor's daily responsibilities promote company standards across all districts and projects to ensure employees are provided fair and consistent transfer benefits.
