DescriptionAre you looking for a part-time position where you put your customer service skills to work! Consider this opportunity with the Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center in Kearney! Work schedule is 20 hour per week - including weekends and holidays.Location: YRTC-K 2802 30th Ave. Kearney, NE 68845Schedule: Rotating shifts 8-5, Monday through Friday 8-4 rotating weekends and Holidays 20 hours a weekExamples of WorkDuties include entering information pertaining to youth movement on and off campus into Juvenile Tracking System; generate court sheets and rosters daily from the Tracking System and distribute; answer calls received at the Switchboard and route to appropriate person/department; create youth folders and file documents according to established guidelines; close youth files upon departure from campus, maintain necessary documents on microfilm and purge information according to guidelines; collect and receipt monies for placement in the Youth Trust Fund and provide daily to the Business Office; sell meal tickets to staff and visitors and maintain money bag; greet family members and visitors. Inform them of any visitation restrictions, verify identification, and document on visitor cards. Will take deposits in on weekends. Work schedule is 20 hour per week - including weekends and holidays.Qualifications / RequirementsREQUIREMENTS: Experience in performing office/clerical support or records management activities.PREFERRED: Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have valid drivers license.
