We’re looking for a Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor to join our team! As a Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor with Mosaic, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the department adheres to safety regulations and requirements and each Mosaic owned property is a clean, safe, sanitary and comfortable environment for each person which accesses the area. Develop and coordinate daily housekeeping and laundry services, policies and procedures to ensure adherence to sanitation and safety regulations. Perform administrative requirements, reporting and daily inspections of work areas. Monitor adequate amounts of housekeeping and laundry supplies are maintained to perform daily tasks. SCHEDULE: Days, full time / Salaried with ability to be flexible to meet needs of department - position located in Axtell What YOU'LL Need: A passion to help others Previous supervisory experience required HS Diploma or equivalent Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.
