Hours: On-call, 5-10 hours per month
Rate: $20 perhour + discount on monthly rent or free storage unit
Responsibilities may include:
Help tenants open locks
Show units to prospective tenants
Meet contractors and vendors as necessary
Verify move-outs and clean/sweep units when needed
Maintain grounds
Troubleshoot gate issues
