The Part-time HR Coordinator will provide administrative/human resource functions to department heads, managers and employees to ensure growth for the company while staying compliant on policies and laws.Hours will be approximately 9AM to 1PM Monday- Friday - accommodations can be made for the right candidateOnboarding, interview, hire and orientate new hires
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist with payroll processes
Provide support for health and other benefits to employees
Provide support to managers in disciplinary and termination decision
Update handbook and job descriptions as needed for compliance
Ensure legal compliance on Federal, State, ADA and Equal Opportunity laws
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Other duties as directed by the HR Director
