Prosperous and growing Landscaping Company in beautiful Northwest Montana, is seeking a long-term, committed, hardworking, and experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER who once hired will be able to run all operational aspects of our busy company (landscape design/installation, design/installation, and snow removal). The successful candidate will have solid management experience and lead our employees in excellence.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
-Customer oriented

-Experienced in training employees
-Act in a professional, responsible and courteous manner which reflects positively on Mission Lawn and Landscape
-Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong knowledge of landscape design and construction
-Strong knowledge of irrigation repair/installation
-Experience operating equipment: Skid Steers, loaders, excavators, etc.
-Strong mowing/trimming experience
-Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment is desirable/mechanically inclined
-Snow removal experience is a must
-Understanding of plant physiology, irrigation and drainage systems
-Possess knowledge of pesticide and fertilizer applications.
-Able to manage a crew of 8-12
Requirements:
-Requires a minimum of five years working full-time in the landscape industry with 2 years of direct management experience
