Environmental Services Assistant Supervisor

Environmental Services Assistant Supervisor Description: Works collaboratively with the Maintenance Manager to supervise and support staff in the housekeeping and laundry departments as well as performs daily and routine duties of cleaning and sanitizing patient and non-patient areas, processes dirty linen and provides clean linen. Duties also include scheduling, supply ordering, and assisting in the budget process.Hours: Full-time position available. Includes some weekend coverage. Benefit Eligible.Requirements: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Must be able to speak, write, and comprehend the English language. Work requires knowledge of basic mathematical and clerical principles generally acquired through a high school education or equivalent. Must be able to use a computer and related common software applications. Must have knowledge of basic cleaning. Prefer one-year housekeeping experience in a healthcare or comparable facility.
