Opportunity Bank of Montana is currently seeking to fill a Business Systems Specialist II position within their Technology Division. This role may be based from any of our locations across the state, with a preference for Billings, Bozeman, or Helena. Looking for a team member who has experience in real estate lending or a technology support role who's willing to learn all about the real estate lending arena. This motivated team is looking for a problem solver, a seeker of knowledge with the ability to multi-task and maintain organization while providing a positive user experience:

Completes help desk requests from internal users while troubleshooting issues and clearing tickets in a timely manner. Logs issues and training opportunities to be discussed with the system manager.

Maintain and issue user setups according to system control guidelines.

Test system changes (test and production) to ensure change requirements have been met. Assist with scheduling updates with all users including, training communication and any potential system downtime.

Completes change management documentation for changes made to the live environment.

Maintain workflow and system settings to align with ongoing business needs.

Meets with the lines of business on a regular basis to ensure that bank system needs are being met, requests are properly prioritized and engage in forward looking conversations for process improvement.

Proactively seeks out ways to make system improvements and efficiencies and present to system stakeholders.

Serve as liaison with third party vendors to maintain interfaces.

Assists as a lead, subject matter expert or project team member with projects as needed.

Organize and facilitate user training as requested by system stakeholders.

Assists with system audits.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:
