We are looking for deck installers who are independent, motivated and skilled. There is a huge demand for high-quality decks so our work is consistent. Decks are a great focus because it's an equal mix of heavy lifting and detailed finish work. Most of what we do is similar to assembling a puzzle that includes detailed craftsmanship. We're not just back-breaking construction. The average deck takes 2-3 weeks to complete so you never get bored at one site for too long. We are a small company so we understand the value of a flexible schedule and work-life balance. You must be able to work both independently and alongside a crew. We do a lot of composite decking but also custom work with a variety of materials. We are looking for someone long-term so there is growth opportunity within the company. Our work is mainly in Missoula and the Bitterroot Valley. Must have at least 1 year of experience in framing. Must be insured. Pay starts at $20/hr doe.
