YAMA Mountain Gear is looking for a detail-oriented outdoor enthusiast to help craft our line of lightweight shelters, backpacks, and backcountry accessories from our location in the former Bonner Mill. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys making things, values precision, and loves the outdoors.
What We Offer:
-Starting pay of $18/hr, with structured skill-based increases
-Part-time hours (up to 30 hrs/week) with a flexible schedule

-Have good manual dexterity and enjoy working with your hands
-Bring strong attention to detail and can stay focused on repetitive tasks
-Have some sewing experience—especially with lightweight or slippery fabrics (preferred but not required)
-Are excited by the idea of contributing to gear that helps people explore the outdoors more lightly and thoughtfully
