The primary reason, that I say that is because with only one notable exception, I have yet to come across any of you millennials, who even remotely display a true sense of any hard work ethic. Someone who is already proficient in all aspects of the WIX website platform. An individual of uncompromising honesty and integrity, coupled with a very hard work ethic are absolutely crucial. The actually WIX platform based website updates are pretty much bread and butter based work. I have an increasingly longer "things to do" list at this stage in time. If you're really proficient in such matters, an hourly raise isn't out of the question. I just need you to be by and large a reasonably accessible person in nature, as I have absolutely no interest whatsoever in playing the long drawn out text message games. The vast majority of our phone conversations will be very brief and to the point. Quite often 2-3 minutes at the very most! Maybe a video chat once a week.
