Rocky Mountain Fire Company in Missoula,MT is looking to hire a Crew Boss for the upcoming 2025 wildland fire season. 20 person Federal Type 2 crew /Montana DNRC Type 2 IA crew. Applicant must adhere to NWCG standards for the position and comply company policy. Crew Boss is in charge of 3 squad leaders,3 two person saw teams, 10 firefighters ,4 five person pickups, hand tools, and equipment. Position also includes a $1,500.00 housing bonus during season in addition to pay.
