Job Details:
-Start Date: September 23rd
-Tentative End Date: October 5th
-Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
-Potential for Extended Work: Some crew members may be offered up to 4 weeks of work depending on performance and workload
Responsibilities:
-Assist with the harvesting, trimming, and processing of cannabis plants
-Work efficiently in an outdoor environment, adhering to quality standards
-Follow all safety and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
-Must have a Montana Cannabis Worker Permit
-Previous experience in agriculture or cannabis cultivation is a plus, but not required
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks on time
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
