Lynch Insulation is looking for a self-motivated experienced Spray Foam Technician who is ready to bring a positive attitude and a willingness to be a part of a successful team. Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Responsible and accountable for working with team members to complete spray foam jobs and other necessary work as directed by the project manager
Review the work done to ensure that there will be no callbacks.
Take steps to prevent and protect against overspray. This includes premises and vehicles parked near spray areas. Cover anything with plastic that could be damaged by overspray.
Prepares thoroughly, familiar with the scope of work per job and for job assignment by ensuring necessary equipment, safety gear, tools, paperwork and supplies are brought.
Diagnoses and resolves spray foam issues. Has knowledge of how to break down and clean a spray foam gun as well as how to troubleshoot actual chemical issues.
Communicates professionally with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job.
Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws.
Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
Willingness to travel throughout Western Montana.
Ability to drive company provided truck and trailer to and from Job Sites.

Requirements
Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
Previous experience is encouraged.
No previous experience accepted with willingness to learn
Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Reliable means to get to work.
Ability to troubleshoot, operate, and maintain equipment.
