We are looking for a motivated Roofing Service Technician to join our growing team! This is a trainable position, ideal for individuals who have some prior experience or skills in the roofing or construction industry and are looking to grow their career.
As a Roofing Service Technician, you’ll be involved in the maintenance, repair, and installation of roofing systems on both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is physically fit and can handle the rigors of working at heights. Key responsibilities include:
Inspect roofs for damage and wear
Perform repairs and maintenance on various roofing systems
Install new roofing materials based on project specifications
Communicate with clients to discuss issues and necessary repairs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Key requirements:
Previous roofing or construction experience required
Ability to learn
Must be a self-starter
Excellent customer service skills
Understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction
Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
Submit to a background check and drug screen upon offer of employment
