Job Description:
Ravalli LandCare is seeking a skilled and reliable Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Experience is not required, but experience with sprinkler maintenance is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Conduct regular inspections of lawns to identify and address issues such as weeds, pests, and diseases.
Perform sprinkler maintenance, startups and blowouts
Assist with small landscape installations, including planting, mulching, and sodding.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Represent Ravalli LandCare in a professional manner at all times, demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping preferred.
Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and accept guidance.
Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Benefits:
Ravalli LandCare offers competitive wages. Salary starts at $18-22 per hour, DOE, plus overtime through November. Job attached unemployment is available to employees who qualify in winter months.
