I need a hardworking individual to help with a fix-and-flip renovation project. The job will involve various tasks, essentially everything you would need to do in a remodel. I’m looking for somebody who knows how to do good and honest work, from plumbing to electrical. Don’t need to be an expert, just honest and hard working.
Painting, drywall repair, and carpentry
Flooring installation
General handyman work and finishing touches
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Own basic tools (preferred but not required)
I am looking for the hardest working individual that does good work for a reasonable price.
