The Keep Restaurant is an established fine dining restaurant located in the south hills overlooking the Missoula Valley. We offer regular dinner service nightly as well host various events in our multiple dining rooms, including weddings, rehearsal dinners, business dinners, and golf tournaments on the adjacent 9-hole golf course, The Highlands Golf Club.
We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $17-$19/hour plus a generous tip share averaging $6/hour.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of line cook experience, with a strong background in high-volume, fine dining kitchens.
Proven ability to run a line under pressure with precision and professionalism.
Expertise in both the sauté and grill stations, with a deep understanding of timing, plating, and flavor balance.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
A commitment to cleanliness, organization, and upholding our high standards for quality and presentation.
