Rice Fine Thai, a restaurant in Missoula, is currently seeking to hire a server to become a part of our team. Since our opening in 2022, we have experienced continuous growth. We take pride in serving the city of Missoula with our authentic and delectable Thai cuisine.
In the role of a food server, your primary responsibilities include ensuring tables are clean and organized for guests, presenting menus, and serving food and drinks courteously. Being quick on your feet, both physically and mentally, is crucial while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. If you enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate for this position should be organized, capable of multitasking, and reliable. Servers must work together to be able to accomplish all of their duties. We happily accept applications from individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of their level of experience, as we are dedicated to providing training opportunities.
Hours for this position are broken up into three different shifts. Morning Shift; 10:30 am-3 pm, Mid Shift: 3 pm-7:30/8 pm; and Night Shift: 5pm - close. We are looking for someone willing to work mid/night shifts Thurs-Monday (around 2-3 shifts per week).
Compensation for servers will depend on their level of experience. Servers keep any tips they receive after a small tip out to the kitchen. During your shifts, you will also receive a complimentary meal, and when you are off-duty, you can enjoy a 25% discount on any meals you purchase.
