We are seeking a FT/PT Maintenance technician to join our fun, busy team.
Job Description:
Show up to scheduled shifts in uniform
Drywall repair and painting
Minor Electrical such as outlet replacement and light fixture replacement
Minor plumbing such as clogs, and faucet replacement.
Maintain curb appeal
Address maintenance issues in house that require attention
Problem solving
Able to manage oneself once assigned duties by manager
