The Jack Saloon, the legendary Lumberjack, is a back roads bar in the mountains outside Lolo, MT. The log structure was originally built so loggers would have a place to drink in the woods. It has become an icon in SW Montana with guests visiting from far and near.

We are looking for a Cook to join The Jack Saloon family. The ideal candidate for this position is reliable, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is capable of taking direction well, and multi-tasking effectively.
Our kitchen closes at 9 PM every night. Current shifts available are Monday 11 AM until 10 PM and Tuesday through Friday from 11 AM until 5 PM for a total of around 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to food safety protocols.
Prepare meals according to recipes and customer specifications.
Prep of sandwich toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, onions), sauces, appetizer portions, and other needed prep items.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Monitor food stock.
Understand basic cooking techniques.
Follow health and safety regulations.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
