Lochsa Lodge is seeking a full time Line Cook and a full time Prep Cook. With employee housing available on site, we're a great choice if you're looking to escape to the mountains for work in a beautiful serene location. We focus on traditional home-style cooking, comfort food, and American lodge food with home made soups, burgers, steaks and pasta's. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week. We are looking for a skilled line cooks to join our amazing culinary crew. We're offering full-time work, 5 shifts weekly with 2 days off. Pay rates vary based on skill and experience levels. Our culinary team makes really good tips too! Summer Season dates now through end of October. Possible year-round employment opportunity.

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist our Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation. Our Restaurant and Tavern offers hearty traditional American West cuisine for our overnight cabin guests and visitors.

Assist the Chef & Kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
Qualifications:
2+ years' of culinary or kitchen experience
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
