Seasonal Bartender
This position is located at Alpine Falls Ranch in Superior, MT where you will provide excellent bartending skills, directly support our guest experience and work with our Ranch Manager to ensure outstanding service!
Greet customers and provide professional and friendly service in a timely manner.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers.
Process and collect payments from customers using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Stock and maintain bar inventory such as beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, glassware, ice and produce.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in bartending
Excellent customer service skills; ability to listen and de-escalate any customer concerns
Friendly, outgoing personality and a positive attitude
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills
Retail math knowledge of pricing and inventory management
Experience with food handling and understanding of hygiene standards
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
1+ years related experience and/or training
