Brasserie Porte Rouge seeks a part time Baker's Assistant to aid our Pastry Chef in production of desserts, breads and other baked goods. Qualified candidates should possess the following:
Knowledge of baking fundamentals and techniques.
Ingredient understanding
Equipment understanding
Ability to work well with your hands.
Attention to detail
Creativity
Collaboration and communication skills
Time Management: The ability to work on multiple desserts simultaneously.
Passion and Patience: A love for the craft
