We are an expanding OEM based in Missoula, MT that designs, manufactures, and installs automated truck wash systems all over the United States. We are looking to add a hardworking, self-motivated, and quick learning Mechanical Product Engineer to our company to support our engineering team and business growth. Your work will consist of a variety of responsibilities that will guarantee smooth operation of the business and help to achieve the company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Generate accurate assembly CAD models and drawings for manufacturing.
· Manage drawing database and maintain revision control of engineering drawings.
· Effectively communicate assembly instructions to production team.
· Generate data sheets for new part number and assist in managing existing part database.
· Help produce Operation and Maintenance manuals for new customer systems.
· Write and maintain knowledgebase articles and tech notes.
Desired Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or other applicable Engineering required.
· Formal training in CAD software (SolidWorks highly preferred).
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Experience in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Field.
· Knowledge and experience with Project Data Management (PDM).
· Working knowledge of mechanical, and electrical design concepts as they pertain to wash equipment. This generally means plumbing, electrical and planned design of commercial buildings.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a variety of different tasks.
· Inherent team player attitude and eagerness to learn multiple aspects of this growing company.
