Job description
Answer and route incoming calls
Process accounts payable
Schedule service calls
Parts orders
Communicate with customers both in person and on the phone
Process and file service paperwork
Provide administrative support
Qualifications
One year of prior experience in customer service and office administrative work is preferable but willing to train
multi-line phone experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Pleasant and professional telephone manner
Able to adapt and prioritize quickly
Self-motivated, dependable, organized
