We are adding a customer service specialist to our team (20 hours/week) Looking for a super friendly, kind, authentic person who truly enjoys working with people. We are a local, family-owned business and are searching for a person who will bring joy, kindness, focus, attention and a kicking work ethic to our team.
Desirable Customer Service Specialist traits and requirements:
-The ideal candidate will be available to work Mondays, in addition to other shifts.
- Be friendly and comfortable talking to people, in person and on the phone
- Be able to present yourself in a professional manner and comfortable wearing relaxed business casual clothing
- Prefer experience with customer service, phones sales, and/or retail sales
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and able to be standing/moving for 8 hours a day
- Basic computer skills
- Must be available for holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day)
- Need to be available Mon- Fri 9am-5:30pm (shifts will vary within these hours) and Saturdays 10am-4pm.
