COMPENSATION: $17.63-$18.48 hr/DOE EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday POSITION SUMMARY: Functions as a member of the Front Desk Team under the Intake Supervisor. Responsible for promptly greeting visitors, patients, and families upon arrival; coordinates the intake of the insurance/financial information and the discharge of the patient from the clinic. Responsible for collecting and posting payments. High school diploma or GED

BLS Certification upon hire

Valid driver’s license

Preferred

Graduate of a certified medical administrative assistant program

Experience:

Required

Competent computer skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Preferred

Two (2) years of community health and/or physician’s office

Experience with electronic medical records
