SureStay by Best Western Miles City is hiring housekeepers to ensure our guests enjoy a fresh, welcoming stay. Under new ownership and management as of March 17, 2025, we are committed to delivering a great experience for both guests and employees. Responsibilities include making beds, changing linens, dusting, mopping, restocking supplies, and keeping guest rooms and common areas clean and orderly. Responsibilities
Clean guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, and vacuuming.
Sanitize bathrooms and restock toiletries and towels.
Keep hallways, lobbies, and common areas clean.
Replenish housekeeping supplies and linens.
Wash, dry, and fold laundry as needed.
Report maintenance issues or damages.
Work efficiently with the housekeeping team.
Provide friendly service to guests.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work efficiently and follow a cleaning schedule.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Professional and friendly attitude when interacting with guests and team members.
Compensation
$14 - $16 hourly
