Ace Electric is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support for management personnel and estimators.
Typical duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Create and track work orders.
- Answer the phone, direct calls, and take messages.
- Provide customer service to phone, walk in, and online customers.
- Enter data into a computer.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, monthly statements, payroll processing, accounts receivable billing, statement reconciliation, etc.
- Document and file all information associated with various contracts.
- Coordinate drug testing.
- Keep the office neat and orderly.
- Create correspondence.
