Job Purpose: Provide excellent and professional siding and related product installation on every job to support the team in completing each job on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform siding and related product installation and/or repair as assigned
Perform advanced carpentry as required for each job
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Load and Unload materials at job site
Keep job sites safe and clean
Provide assistance and support on any task to Project Managers as needed
Adhere to safety procedures
Maintain consistent on-time attendance
Minimum Requirements:
3 year siding installation experience
3 years residential building & remodeling experience
Have an independent Contractors license and workman’s comp exemption
Be licensed, bonded, and insured
Ability to accurately measure, fabricate, and install aluminum coil for window trim installation
Have your own transportation, valid class E driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to transport yourself and materials between jobsites
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Supply your own tools
Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
Organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 75 lbs. independently for extended periods of time
