We’re hiring a Parkwide Pest Control/Animal Exclusion Technician to Live. Work. Explore. in Columbia Falls, Montana!

Job Summary:

Conducting routine inspections and repairs to ensure facilities at Glacier National Park are secure from wildlife, implementing humane animal exclusion methods, and performing landscaping duties to maintain the surroundings. Additionally, it requires adherence to Xanterra’s Risk and Sustainability programs while managing inventory and documenting maintenance activities.

The Details:

Position Type: Seasonal

Season Dates: early-May through early-October 2025

Pay: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Housing: Employee housing is not available

Qualifications:

Previous experience with pest elimination and control techniques highly preferred.

Must be at least 19 years old.

Must possess a valid driver license and have a clean driving record.

Must have the background knowledge in carpentry and landscaping and be skilled in the use of tools and equipment common to the trade.

Must be able to read, understand and comply with all current company policies and procedures.
