Job Summary
Vibe is looking for a Spa Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and hospitality to our clients. In this role, you will answer phones, book appointments, and perform other receptionist duties as needed. You will also direct clients to the proper areas upon arrival and provide information regarding our spa services. Our ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills and some related experience to the spa industry.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet clients and assist them during their visit
- Ensure the spa operations run smoothly
- Assist with ordering inventory as needed
