North Coast is an electrical wholesale distributor that will be servicing Flathead County and portions of Lincoln County in Northwest Montana.

What will you do:
Counter Sales and Customer Service
Handle all related queues including remote order entry
Order entry, quotes, order follow-ups, issue resolution
Warehouse environment, warehouse activities
Stocking, cleaning and merchandising counter and surrounding area
Participation in sales, product and team meetings as requested
Order pulling and staging
Other duties as assigned
What will you bring:
Excellent customer service skills, in person, over the phone or via other media
Experience with Eclipse
Self Motivated
Aggressive, outgoing, team player.
Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) EPEC
Previous counter or customer service experience
Professional appearance
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Standing all day, able to lift 50+ lbs.
Counter area /showroom, warehouse
Frequent computer and phone use
Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
