We’re hiring for Retail Administrative Assistant to Live. Work. Explore. in Columbia Falls, Montana!
Job Summary:
The Retail Admin Assistant is in charge of handling data entry for all purchase orders and invoices as well as occasionally assisting with warehouse duties including receiving and unloading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and cleaning the warehouse.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: May through late-September 2024
Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 32-40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Qualifications:
Must be detail-oriented and organized with great time management, math, and computer skills.
Experience in accounting preferred.
