Cherry Hill Village Apartments located in Polson, Montana is looking for an experienced assistant apartment manager.
Position requires: marketing and leasing apartments, recertification of tenants, rent collection, maintaining tenant files, overseeing maintenance staff, communication with the management company and tenants on a daily basis. Previous apartment management experience required; knowledge of Rural Development program preferred.
