Job Position: Electrical Project Coordinator (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
It is preferred that you are proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, primarily Excel. Computer skills and good with computers is a plus. The responsibilities include but not limited to, updating material invoices, maintaining time sheets from employees, communicating current jobs and potential jobs with owner, tracking jobs and costs of the jobs, keeping company data organized, customer relations, along with reviewing job plans and doing power and lighting counts, and using these counts to estimate jobs. We are looking for someone who understands electrical contracting, and the contracting process.
Another part of the job is traveling in a company vehicle to pickup will-calls from supplying vendors to supply the jobs with needed material. Along with will-calls trips, you will make trips to take material to jobs wherever it may be needed. You will learn to quote, bid jobs, and price jobs to be invoiced to customers.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Compensation: TBD (Based on Experience)
