Martel Construction, Inc. is currently seeking skilled individuals in various areas of construction to join our team for an upcoming project south of Lakeside. Our firm, founded in 1960, is a Montana-based company owned by a group of employee shareholders that serve the Bozeman, Big Sky, Kalispell, and Missoula markets. We employ approximately 200 industry professionals throughout Montana. A 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art millwork shop in Missoula supports the entire company.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, have a strong work ethic and be reliable, while working in a dynamic environment producing quality work as a member of an engaged team. Journeyman level carpenters with experience in the commercial and custom residential realm are very desired but we will consider all levels of experience. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career with our talented team of Martel craftsmen.
Responsibilities:
Depending on your area of expertise, responsibilities may include wood framing, exterior siding installation, interior millwork, operating a forklift, and other related tasks. General laborers will assist skilled workers on the job site, carrying materials, operating hand and power tools, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Location:
The job site is located approximately three (3) miles south of Lakeside, Montana. However, we have projects all over the Flathead Valley.

Additional Requirements:
Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and tools.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
