Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare job sites efficiently
Install custom windows and doors with precision and craftsmanship
Foster positive homeowner relationships
Commit to continuous learning and skill development
Ensure adherence to safety protocols
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
A minimum of 4 years professional carpentry experience
Minimum of 2 years construction-based leadership
Window installation experience will be given preference
Self-motivated and good time-management
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Expert with hand and power tools
Strong customer service skills and work ethic
Good communication and teamwork skills
Clean driving record and valid driver's license, willing to undergo background check and drug test
