Salary: $45.5k, $175 per day. $150/day if using my truck.
This position requires a ¾ ton HD truck able to tow a trailer if not using my rig.
This job takes 4 to 8 hours per day. Working Friday through Tuesday. Starting time is between 5 and 6 am, depending on how long the day takes you.
Pay is Weekly. direct deposit.
Kalispell stores, (Costco, Smiths, Walmart, and Target). The Food Distributor is a position that is responsible for delivering, merchandising, and managing a complete line of Mission tortillas and chips. As a Food Distributor, hours vary by season. About 40 hour weeks during the summer, and usually under 30 hours the rest of the year. Must have a clean driving record, so I can insure you if you are using my truck.
Some of the more frequent tasks you would perform include:
Driving to assigned locations. Driving to warehouse to break down stock for distribution to the stores on the account.
Using equipment (e.g. carts, pallet jacks, etc.) to unload products and move throughout the store
Filling store displays with Misson products. Facing store displays. Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products from displays.
Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes and disposing of any waste
This is a physical job with some heavy lifting. Start times typically begin between 5 am and 8 am. Hours per week average 30+ hours. You should feel comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Minimum requirements:
Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and kneel, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to lift 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation (examples: a microwave; a cinder block), and push up 200lbs on a hand cart.

Strong Work Ethic : You just need to show up and do a good job independently. You will need to be comfortable working without a manager monitoring your day-to-day activities.
Physically able : I do dozens of squats through the day, in order to properly stock my products while protecting my back. Walk with a purpose.
Flexibility : you are able to adapt to changing situations, new tasks and priorities as changes occur; you will encounter challenges and should usually be able to resolve them by yourself.
Dress for work : No tank tops. No open toed shoes.
Attention to Detail : Rotating product is very important.
Communication : You will need a cell phone to communicate with me about store needs, and for me to do the same with you.
Positive Attitude/Easy going : you will be part of a team that relies on one another to build positive relationships and attend to customer needs while following store procedures, work rules and safety policies.
Integrity – I would prefer a self starter that wants independence in their work. Someone that wants me looking over their shoulder as little as I want to do so.
