Grounds keeper and estate/ranch work of various kinds including but not limited to the following. Full time, 40 hours a week ($4,800 a month) starting immediately until Sept 1, 2024. After September 1 part time until Nov 1, 2024.
- Weekly mowing, weed eating, blowing.
- General clean up, taking trash to dump, and keeping property looking sharp.
- Maintaining mowers including sharpening blades, oil changes, and general maintenance of grounds equipment and a few generators.
- Keeping equipment clean and and in good shape.
- Occasional washing of vehicles, boats, and RV's
- Running errands of various tasks as needed
- Keeping supplies stocked
- Helping when there are social events or guest
Must be honest, hard working, reliable, drug free, and can pass a back ground check. Must be organized and have good attention to detail. Strong common sense, and self starter who can take ownership of their work and does not require a lot of hand holding.
