General labor, construction experience preferred

General labor position to assist in dock construction and boat lift installation and seasonal floating dock installation. No experience necessary but general construction knowledge is a plus. On the job training provided. This is an excellent opportunity to learn construction skills as well as skills in the marine sector of construction, and boat lift maintenance and repair which is very in demand. We are located in Polson but do work all around the mission valley including Bigfork, Kalispell, Whitefish, Swan Lake and others. Job duties will include but are not limited to, assistance in building both floating and pier docks. Assembly and installation of boat lifts. Spring install of boat lifts and floating docks. Assisting in maintenance and repair of boat lifts. Assisting certified diver from top side (above the water). Applicant with ability to drive and haul trailers and boats preferred but not required. General construction knowledge is also preferred but not required. We are looking for an applicant that has common sense, is a self-stater and able to work independently when needed.
