LC Staffing Kalispell is partnering with a dental clinic to hire a long-term Scheduling Coordinator.
The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for answering incoming calls for new and current patients, scheduling patient appointments, requesting medical and insurance information, and following up with missed appointments.
Qualified candidates must have strong customer service and professional phone skills as well ability to prioritize and multitask. This person will provide back up to the front desk when needed.
Schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 7:15am-4:15pm with starting wages at $14.00-$15.00 per hour. Benefits include 90-day performance review with raise, yearly raises, bonuses, medical insurance, paid time off, and retirement.
