Dental Assistant - Full Time Position
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our dental team. Must be self-motivated, exemplify teamwork qualities, have strong interpersonal skills and be motivated toward common team goals. Must also be dependable and be able to communicate effectively with the patients and the dental team.
Responsibilities of a Dental Assistant:
Communicate and work well with a team
Accommodate schedule changes
Assist dental treatment & Complete Daily Charting
Ensure successful execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies and procedures
Sterilize instruments and equipment, maintaining a clean work environment
Confidently explain treatment procedure to patients
Minimum requirements:
Detail oriented, organized, process focused, problem solver, self-motivated, proactive, customer service focused
Flexible and adaptive, empathetic, passionate, ethical
DANB ( x-ray) certified is ideal, however, we offer new employees time to learn - new employees must take and pass the test within 6 months after hire
Able to remain calm and collected in a fast paced, high volume environment all while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism
