The Clerk & Recorder Office is the official document center for Flathead County. This office accepts statutorily recordable documents and maintains records for the benefit of public accessibility, including deeds, liens, mortgages, plats, surveys, birth & death certificates, and other miscellaneous documents. Individuals in this position may perform split duties as a Recording Clerk, Plat Room Clerk and/or Records Center Clerk and will provide a variety of clerical and administrative activities within the Clerk & Recorder department.
