The Clerk & Recorder Office is the official document center for Flathead County. This office accepts statutorily recordable documents and maintains records for the benefit of public accessibility, including: deeds, liens, mortgages, plats, surveys, birth & death certificates, voter registration records and other miscellaneous documents. Individuals in this position may perform split duties as a Recording Clerk, Election Clerk, Plat Room Clerk and/or Records Center Clerk and will provide a variety of clerical and administrative activities within the Clerk & Recorder department.
