We are hiring for multiple positions (front counter, barista, kitchen) to start training as soon as possible for both Permanent and Summer positions, Part Time to Full Time in the Summer. Must be 16 years old or older for these specific positions. Pay varies depending on position and experience, but usually take home $19-21+ after including generous tips and after training ($13-15 hourly plus $5-7 per hour tips). Free meals included. Also, most employees are eligible to participate in a Retirement Plan with additional 3% employer matching. Long-term, capable, responsible, reliable, and friendly workers have opportunities for more hours and advancement over time, as we build up our team. We are giving hiring priority and bonuses for candidates who can stay through the end of September.
We are a great fit for mothers returning to the workforce, as we are never open in the evenings or Sundays, so we can frequently work around school schedules or kid drop offs. Willing to hire homeschoolers and work with their schedules.
While we do hire some 14 year olds, for this specific position we are required to hire 16 years old or older.
